Event Parking

Driving Directions:
From the north: From IH-35, take the Dean Keeton Street / 32nd Street exit. Go right onto Dean Keeton Street (also known as 26th Street). Turn left at the third red light, which is San Jacinto Boulevard. The Winship Drama Building is located on the northwest corner of E. 23rd Street and San Jacinto Boulevard. It is the only building inside the circle driveway. The front doors face the circle driveway.

From the south: From IH-35 take the Dean Keeton Street/ 26th Street/ LBJ Library exit. Following the LBJ Library sign. The road will curve in a circle under the freeway. Follow the curve right onto Dean Keeton Street (also known as 26th Street). Turn left at the third red light, which is San Jacinto Boulevard. The Winship Drama Building is located on the northwest corner of E. 23rd Street and San Jacinto Boulevard. It is the only building inside the circle driveway. The front doors face the circle driveway.

Parking: 
The University requires all faculty, staff, students, and visitors to pay for parking on campus. Please be aware when you come to a performance that UT parking has changed and new signage has been posted in regards to the changes. All parking on campus – both ADA and non-ADA requires a permit or payment of fees. Patrons are encouraged to park in university parking garages at the San Jacinto Garage and Manor Garage, both within walking distance of the theatres. In addition, there is metered parking available on Dean Keeton/26th Street. Please read parking signs carefully.

Accessibility: 
Accessible parking is available for drivers who have Department of Public Safety handicapped parking permits or plates. View a map of accessible parking.

Public Transportation: 
Capital Metro has multiple bus stops on E. 23rd Street and San Jacinto Boulevard. Visit capmetro.org to plan your trip.
